- Making a reservation is equivalent to reading and accepting these rules and regulations.
- A non-refundable deposit of 30% must be paid within 3 days of the initial reservation in order to confirm the booking.
- The remaining payment for the stay and the tourist tax are collected on the day of arrival.
- In the event of shortening the stay by the guest, the payment for the unused period is non-refundable.
- Check-in begins at 15:00 and check-out ends at 10:00 on the day of departure.
- Handing over and returning the keys takes place in the presence of the owner.
- A security deposit of 500 PLN is collected in cash on the day of arrival and returned after the cottage has been checked at check-out.
- Guests are required to comply with the rules and fire safety regulations.
- Guests bear full financial responsibility for any damage or destruction caused by them on the property.
- The owner is not responsible for the loss or damage of personal belongings, including vehicles, valuables, money, or items of artistic or scientific value.
- For safety reasons, it is forbidden to use electrical devices that are not part of the cottage equipment (e.g. heaters, kettles, radiators). This does not apply to chargers and power supplies.
- Children staying on the property must remain under the constant supervision of their guardians. The owner is not responsible for their safety.
- Any faults or complaints should be reported to the owner immediately.
- A strict no-smoking policy applies inside the cottages.
- Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 7:00.
- It is forbidden for unregistered guests to stay on the property after 22:00.
- The property provides 1 free parking space for each cottage.
- Guests are required to clean the barbecue grill on the last day of their stay.
- Please separate waste properly.

Rules for Using Common Areas
Common areas include the gazebo, playground, sandbox, and parking area.
- Children under the age of 12 must remain under adult supervision.
- Parents or guardians are responsible for the safety of children staying in the common areas.
- Parents or guardians are responsible for any damage caused by children.
- Guests should keep the common areas clean, avoid littering, and not leave personal belongings behind.
- After use, all equipment should be returned to its designated place (toy cars, ride-on toys, scooters, bicycles).
- All equipment must be used according to its intended purpose and the user’s age.
- Riding large bicycles on the property is prohibited.
Gazebo Usage Rules
- Open fire and the use of barbecue grills are prohibited.
- Smoking is prohibited.
- Playing football is prohibited.
- Riding and bringing vehicles onto the area is prohibited (bicycles, toy cars, ride-on toys, scooters).
- Bringing stones into the area is prohibited.
- Bringing sand from the sandbox is prohibited.
- It is prohibited to damage or move equipment (table tennis table, foosball table, children’s play kitchens).
- It is prohibited to remove items from the gazebo (table tennis table, foosball table, children’s play kitchens).
- Leaving plush toys and stuffed animals outside is prohibited.
- Please turn off the lights in the gazebo.
Playground and Sandbox Rules
- It is prohibited to climb onto the roof or upper structural elements of the playground equipment.
- Only one child at a time may use a swing seat.
- Dogs are not allowed in the playground and sandbox area.
- Trampoline: the maximum permitted load is 120 kg.
Any damage to equipment or other irregularities should be reported to the owner immediately.
Using the common areas is considered acceptance of these rules and regulations.
